Annual planning meeting at HIAL

Every year in March we conduct a transdisciplinary annual planning meeting at the Himalayan Institute of Alternatives, Ladakh across all schools and departments. Every department presents its plan to every other department and incorporates its feedback, cross-functional collaborations, and linkages into its plan! In this way, the entire organization is aligned about the next step that it wants to take in all its complexity.
