HIAL Leadership in Social Enterprise Workshop

In the social sector, for building and growing an enterprise, the understanding and practice of leadership skills are critical for an organization’s long term success and impact.
A two day “HIAL Leadership in Social Enterprise Workshop” aimed at supporting the founders and senior executives of Social Enterprises & NGO’s in the UT of Ladakh to gain an in-depth exposure to the realities of mission-driven organizations at the stage of their development, was held at HIAL Campus with active participation of representatives of social enterprises and NGO’s of Ladakh.

The workshop helped participating leaders strengthen their leadership skills, managerial capacities, and entrepreneurial acumen to advance the impact of their social organizations.
