DR . KHANPO Konchok Rigzen is a Buddhist Scholar, author of many rare books, Member of DDR Leh and other organisations in Leh.

Presently he is working as Assistant Professor in CIBS  Leh. Participated in many National and International conferences. Hundreds of articles published on various topic and languages.
